Activity Description

The main objective of this project is to prepare eleventh-grade students for their future academic and professional lives through Problem-Based Learning and role-playing activities. The project provides them with the opportunity to research universities, compare curricula, create their own resumes, and practice job interviews.

Through these activities, students will develop important life skills and competencies, such as:

Research skills: learning to search, compare, and organize information.

Decision-making: analyzing different options and choosing the one that best suits their goals.

Communication skills: expressing ideas clearly orally (interviews).

Critical thinking: evaluating which curriculum or job fits their future plans.

Creativity: designing their resume and presenting themselves professionally.

Confidence and self-esteem: reducing fear of interviews and believing in their abilities.

Responsibility and autonomy: working independently on tasks such as research and preparation.

Teamwork and respect: supporting classmates, listening, and giving feedback during role-playing.

At the end of the project, students will not only practice English, but will also acquire real-life skills that will help them transition from school to the workplace with greater confidence, motivation, and preparation.
